This stand-alone tropical studio cottage is approximately 300 square feet with a 16' high ceiling. It is located across the street from our docks and does have a small view of the ocean and a private backyard.

This unit has a full size (double) bed and a complete well-equipped kitchen. Maximum 2 people.
The charming painting on the downstairs front wall was commissioned by a local artist.
